Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to design, develop, and support high-quality SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ABAP development, SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments, and integration with functional modules. You will collaborate with functional consultants and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and well-documented SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain SAP ABAP programs and custom solutions.
• Develop reports, ALV reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
• Work with ABAP OO, Data Dictionary objects, function modules, BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, and BDC.
• Build and maintain CDS Views, OData services, and SAP Fiori integrations.
• Implement enhancements using BAdIs, user exits, customer exits, and enhancement frameworks.
• Develop and maintain Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Scripts.
• Analyze functional requirements and prepare technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot production issues, debug programs, and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with SAP functional consultants across modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or HR.
• Prepare technical documentation, support code reviews, and follow transport management processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Strong knowledge of classical ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP.
• Hands-on experience with ALV, Reports, BAPI, RFC, IDoc, BDC, and enhancements.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of CDS Views, OData services, and SAP Fiori is highly preferred.
• Experience with Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, or SAP Scripts.
• Understanding of HANA-optimized ABAP development, AMDP, and performance tuning is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Git, transport management, and development best practices.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in APAC/EMEA time zones.
