Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Blue Prism RPA Developer to design, develop, and maintain intelligent automation solutions using the Blue Prism platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in robotic process automation, a solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality automation solutions while working closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Blue Prism
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Build reusable objects, workflows, and automation components
• Implement exception handling, logging, and recovery mechanisms
• Integrate bots with internal systems, databases, APIs, and third-party applications
• Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC
• Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot production issues
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and operational guides
• Participate in code reviews and follow RPA best practices and standards

 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Blue Prism RPA development
• Strong hands-on experience with Process Studio, Object Studio, and Control Room
• Good understanding of RPA lifecycle, automation frameworks, and best practices
• Experience with exception handling, queues, schedulers, and work management
• Ability to work with databases, web services, and enterprise applications
• Familiarity with version control tools and deployment processes
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup
