We’re currently seeking a talented Copilot AI Developer to join our innovative team and play a key role in shaping the future of intelligent business applications. This position focuses on building and customizing solutions using Microsoft’s Copilot AI and other modern AI technologies to streamline business processes, especially in areas like document processing, SQL-based data querying, and custom AI integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Copilot AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, or similar tools.
- Implement intelligent document processing workflows (PDF parsing, OCR, metadata extraction, etc.).
- Build integrations between AI agents and backend systems, including SQL databases.
- Write optimized SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data as required by Copilot agents and applications.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and build contextual Copilot experiences.
- Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of AI agent interactions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, OpenAI, Azure AI, or custom AI agent development.
- Strong experience in document processing, including OCR tools, structured document extraction, and NLP techniques.
- Solid skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries for relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Ability to build and integrate APIs with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, or custom platforms.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, or AI Builder.
- Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or prompt engineering.
- Prior experience working in a product-based or enterprise software environment.
