We are seeking a Business Analyst (SAP Bridge) with strong functional and business analysis experience within SAP environments. The role focuses on supporting SAP bridge processes, resolving complex incidents, and ensuring seamless integration across SAP modules.

This position provides exposure to end-to-end SAP workflows, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to enhance system performance and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP Bridge processes
• Analyze and resolve complex incidents and identify root-cause issues
• Work across integrated SAP modules and business workflows
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather and validate requirements
• Document requirements, process improvements, and support system enhancements
• Ensure SAP solutions align with business objectives and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP Functional Analyst or SAP Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of SAP modules, workflows, and business processes
• Experience in incident management and root-cause analysis
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and documentation skills
